Sheltered housing Nova Paka

The Nova Paka sheltered housing project is part of the gradual transformation of institutional care into community care. According to the assignment, the proposal is divided into two buildings for housing, each with two households. The sloping, irregularly shaped site and the solitary, disparate development in the immediate vicinity represent the two most significant contextual themes influencing the design.
