Before we got to the project of reconstruction of the building of the former malt house for administrative - production use, the construction went through several demanding phases.

First, there was demolition and devastation of the area used by the JZD for grain storage and breeding.

At that time, part of the building in question was demolished - the soda factory and the technology associated with it. In the next phase, building modifications for rabbit breeding took place. In connection with this operation, an outdoor elevator and stairs to the basement were added to the building, and a manure pit with a cesspool was built.
